Campus Judicial Board
By delegation of authority from the Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, members of the Campus Judicial Board serve on formal hearing panels to resolve disputed cases of alleged student misconduct.
In addition to hearing responsibilities, student members conduct outreach to the campus community to promote academic integrity and social responsibility. Student members of the Board meet weekly and spend 2 & 1/2 hours a week on outreach projects, formal hearings, or other activities.

- IMPORTANT! Please note that student members of the CJB are recruited through the Office of Student Support and Judicial Affairs rather than through the AAC process. Applications for student members are currently available on OSSJA's web site and are due on February 17, 2017 by 4pm; interviews will be held in late February and early March to select student members for school year 2017-2018.

Special Instructions / Requirements
There are approximately 10-12 formal hearings each year. Faculty members are nominated by the Committee on Committees for the Academic Senate and Academic Federation, and are appointed to 1-year terms by the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs. Faculty members generally serve on 2-4 hearing panels/year.
